But first, it was my mission to seek personal healing so I could serve out of a place of wholeness. Self-development, self-care, and outside adventure became my restorative lifeline for discovering a new identity outside of loss.

Through my consistent education around physical and mental well-being and serving as a trainer, coach and counselor, I have learned firsthand how debilitating it can be for people to move forward in life.
I am deeply passionate about guiding individuals who’ve endured a traumatic loss in their lives into experiencing the same freedom and renewed purpose as I have, by learning to love life again.

I'm Alicia Lindsey Ober
I am a health and wellness enthusiast; head, body and heart.

I’ve dedicated most of my life to helping others to be the best version of themselves.

My expertise and initial experiences stem predominately from my identity as a Gold Star Wife and Suicide Loss Survivor.
Unfortunately, I know all too well how easy it can be to isolate yourself and feel stuck after you lose someone close to you.
I have successfully navigated through the depths of grief.
After losing my step-father to suicide, my husband in a military helicopter crash, and my mom shortly after to an
unsuccessful lung transplant; I knew I had a greater purpose in life.
